Erin Penney, serves seniors and families throughout Sarasota and Manatee County, Florida, bringing more than 35 years of experience in senior care across a wide range of roles. She began her career as a caregiver before becoming a social worker, which gave her a deep, firsthand understanding of both the personal and clinical sides of aging care.
Throughout her career, Erin has worked in skilled nursing centers, hospitals, assisted living communities, and memory care settings. She has also held leadership roles as a Community Relations Director and Executive Director before transitioning into her work as a Senior Living Advisor. For over 15 years, Erin has helped seniors and their families navigate housing and care decisions, successfully placing hundreds of individuals into supportive, high-quality care environments.
Erin holds a master’s degree in psychology from Saint Martin’s University, along with a bachelor’s degree in social work. Her passion for working with seniors stems from close relationships with her grandparents, which shaped her commitment to advocacy, compassion, and dignity in care.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, listening to live music, and attending sporting events. She also volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association, veterans organizations, and dog rescue groups whenever she can. Erin is dedicated to being a trusted resource for seniors and their families and is committed to helping each person find the best possible care for their unique needs.
