Her extensive background includes leadership and consulting roles with healthcare organizations, Medicare and Accountable Care organizations, Humana, the Florida Department of Children and Families, and other healthcare and legal entities.
Throughout her career, she has developed and implemented educational strategies for physicians, advanced practitioners, and coding professionals, with a focus on accurate documentation, HCC/MRA coding, HEDIS compliance, quality measures, and improved healthcare outcomes and revenue.
She is a President/Co-Founder of JP Healthcare Solutions and co-created the EZ Lift Vest, an innovative mobility and safety solution designed to assist elderly and disabled individuals. She also brings extensive experience in medical-legal consulting, including malpractice claims investigation, expert testimony, medical standards of care, and comprehensive medical case analysis.
