Care Types Offered: The Fountains of Hope is an assisted living facility that provides supervision of the activities of daily living, medication management, and other similar services to residents in a homelike environment. Our caregivers are trained to assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs. We also offer memory care services for residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
