Thomas L. Eustace brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience across the full spectrum of senior living to My Care Finders. In his new role as a dedicated consultant, he helps families navigate the complex process of finding the right senior living options with clarity, compassion, and deep industry insight. Thomas has held leadership positions in assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs).
A lifelong advocate for older adults, Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University with a minor in Gerontology and certifications as a Senior Move Manager (NASMM) and Assisted Living Administrator. His passion for senior care began in high school through volunteering in nursing homes and caring for his grandparents. At My Care Finders, he provides unbiased, personalized guidance, helping seniors and their families explore all senior living options and find the best match for their needs, preferences, and budget.
